After my rebate claim went, I didn't hear a word back from Lennox.

I phoned the customer line a couple of times, only to get a busy tone. I got caught up in other activities, and only followed up when Lennox came back for an annual check / sales job.

Well - in fact they rejected my rebate claim - BUT NEVER INFORMED ME AT THE TIME. Their claim is I missed a post-mark date, but I put the claim form in the mail the day after my furnance system was installed (and paid for!). They did however, inform my local dealer - WHO AGAIN CHOSE NOT TO LET ME KNOW EITHER.

The dealer apparently tried to contact Lennox corporate, who rejected the rebate claim yet again!

So in short - if you buy from Lennox - beware that they do not follow through on their rebates!!!!
