My experience has been horrendous. Here's a summary:

I got a Blackberry from Letstalk.com that stopped working three days after receiving it

I was charged full price for the faulty phone (listed at $299 retail on their website, they charged me $499 for the phone) on 6/23 on my credit card even though the replacement phone had not even been shipped

I was told I would receive a new phone within 2 days, and it took a week, so **I had to pay** the $14.95 shipping to get it by Friday

I ordered certain services through Letstalk.com that were not applied (internet)

I was told I would receive promotion accessories that WERE NOT INCLUDED

I was not sent a return label so I could EASILY return the faulty original phone in a timely manner

THEY ARE ACCUSING ME OF HAVING UNCOVERED DAMAGE TO THE PHONE, EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE PROVIDER (TMOBILE) LOOKED AT THE PHYSICAL PHONE AND TOLD ME THIS KIND OF ISSUE WAS BECAUSE OF A HOT BATTERY ISSUE

ADDITIONALLY THEY ARE NOT HONORING THE PRICES ADVERTISED ON THEIR SITE AND ARE CHARGING ME $100 MORE THEY PROMISED. I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS THE CEO TO NO AVAIL ,THEY ONLY SEND ME BACK NOTES ABOUT NOT REFUNDING MY $499, AND WILL NOT EVEN ADDRESS THE FACT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE CORRECT CREDIT FOR THE PRODUCT.

I BOUGHT THE ORIGINAL PHONE IN EARLY JUNE, IT IS NOT MID- AUGUST AND THIS IS UNRESOLVED.
