If you are an employee of Lowes, BEWARE!!! The mandate from corporate seems to be for the LP division to put up high numbers of dismissals due to internal theft, whether actual or not.

In central Pennsylvania, Jason Rieber is the LP manager. The smooth talking, caniving, lying little weasle has had many employees admit to things that are false....apparently to pad his numbers or to clear out higher payed employees.

If you are stupid enough to be caught on camera, then you deserve to go, but if your actions are genuine mistakes and not intended to harm the company then listen up.

Should you be pulled into a meeting with any LP individual, admit to nothing. Demand to see proof. They will say that they have "hundreds of mini-cams all over the store and the implication is that you have been caught on camera. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!. The system is designed only to use the cameras permanently mounted throughout the store. So say NOTHING!

If you have been pulled into a "counseling session", they believe they have enough proof to fire you anyway. Make no verbal or written statements....they won't save your job. They use these statements to amass a figure that you need to repay, have you write and sign a promissory note to repay that amount all the while leading you to believe this will make you right with the company. HAH!!! Five minutes later you are out the door on your ear. They will say they have enough to prosecute and this may be true, but whatever they promise don't believe them. And remember.....SAY AND WRITE NOTHING!!!
