Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
on the 7/2/07 I purchased a used 2003 Volkswagen GTI. Upon purchasing the vehicle i was told that i got a month warranty and if anything goes wrong within or after that month I could take the car back and their mechanic will work on the car.

when i purchase the car the tires were wired off, and other problem which i found out about the car in that month of the warranty such as;

The transmission not shifting properly.

Rear axle beam bent causing tires to wear abnormally.

Water pump damage causing excessive coolant leakage.

Four bad strut, especially the front ones which cause tires to wearied abnormal along with tie rod which was bent.

A burning order and smoke comes from hood when car drives over 50 mph.

The check engine light does not illuminate when engine start.(the light have been tampered with)

Rear hatch door cannot open automatically or manually.

On the same day of purchase we drove the car (sales person and I) to an insurance agency to get the car insured. when driving the car the transmission does not seems to shift properly .I told them about the problem when they i should take the vehicle to their mechanic the next day. I have been take the car to the mechanic for a month he kept telling to come back the next or week until he finally look at the car and said it needed a transmission fluid and filter change. After he service the car the problems were still existed.

The transmission still wasn't shifting properly and rear hatch door wasn't opening after two days. i heard a unusual noise from the and also the rear wheel tires was wearing abnormal which i told the mechanic about.

i have been taking the car back and fort to get the problem resolve until he finally put the car on a lift when he said "nothing is wrong with the car that's how Volkswagen build the car for performance purpose." The other mechanic which is working under his authority said " if the tires are wearing like that something is wrong." He ignored the problem and told me put four new tires on the car and get an alignment and he'll fix the the car.

Ever since i change six tires including the spare tire. I recently when to Pep boys to get new tires after just installing two new shocks and also get an alignment. They told me they cant align the car due to the rear axle as been damage and I'm going to lose the new tires soon.

They recommend that i bring the car back the dealer or take it to a Volkswagen's dealer to have been look at it. I took the car back to LPTN when the service manager told me get an estimate of all the problems and bring it to him. I got an estimate from Gunter Volkswagen which i cannot afford to repair a car that i just bought and i think i have been ripped off with a 25% interest rate because i did not got a credit score. they even raise the price of the car because of my insufficient credit score and a they did not provide me with the bill of contract so i wouldn't know that i would $23357.12 for a lemon. IT was on my first payment i found out that i owed so mush money to them, when i ask for a contract.

Sounds like you have a bad case of buyers regret and are not happy with your high interest rate because you are a poor credit risk. Used cars are not included in the lemon law they are sold AS IS. This means that the buyer is responsible for checking into the vehicle. You should have reviewed any problems listed on the sales sticker. If there were not any than either the dealer was not aware of the issue or there is nothing wrong other than normal wear and tear on the vehicle. You should have taken the car to an independent mechanic (I.E. Volkswagen dealership or whatever) to have this done. They didn't raise the price of the car due to your poor credit standing just the interest rate is higher (effecting the amount of money you paid in interest) over the life of the loan. You could have walked out at any time if you truly thought they were raising the price because you were desperate.
