Mail Boxes Etc - Greig Martin dishonest business Cambridge Internet
I set up mail receiving service and mail forwarding at Mail Boxes Etc in Cambridge. Their address is 23 King Street. Right from the get go things went horribly wrong. Letters did not arrive even though the senders assured me that they had sent mail to me. Other people's mail was placed in my mail box by mistake at least several times each week. The manager, Greig Martin, threw some kind of hissy fit whenever I pointed out that this level of service was unacceptable. On one occasion I had a package delivered and when I went to the counter to pick it up the employee behind the counter just slammed it down on the counter. It contained a new camera that was broken. I complained to Greig Martin and he just said "Well what do you expect sending fragile stuff through the mail". I am quite sure it was his staff that broke the camera.
