Complaint Review: Mark Sulaka - Pontiac Michigan

we never had a chris from oscoda work for us at new age and we do not hire subs  also our payroll is submitted weekly and we must adhere to strict davis bacon guidelines   also there is no bidding involved with new age we are given job orders  this is so false and i am sure this false report was written by a ex partner and his very mentally challenged assistant they are ponzi scam artists hiding behind there expensive suits and college degrees hey are you people proud of what you do did you ever stop to think about all the families you have hurt and stole money from what happened to you guys i am beyond mad i am baffled and intrigued how you 2 devils operate are you guys having sex yet you know thats what she wants buddy and you lady you really have issues didnt your dad give you any love is that why you become mens servant and commit crimes for your boss and ex taliban lovers   you people are really weird and i dont know why you have started slandering my name after 2 years is it because you are jelous of my success and your company is going down   it is time for you guys to go to prison the time is coming prison is near just remember this you started all this not me  now get ready for jail

Unfortunately, someone is using this page to divert attention away from a legitimate post/complaint with this nonsense.  I am Chris from Oscoda, and Mark Sulaka and I used to work for NOW Property Preservation. Not too long ago, a complaint was posted on Ripoff Report about NOW Property Preservation, and it seems the owner/employees are trying to discredit those who saw NOW was not on the up and up, any way possible.

It seems that someone has seen fit to use my name, and location, linked to a guy I know very well, have worked with, and initially met at NOW Property.  Mark Sulaka is one of the most professional, honest,  and trustworthy businessmen I have ever had the pleasure to work for/with. He is also a very dedicated family man.  He would never steal, has paid all contractors/workers, and does and expects quality workmanship on his jobs.

I'm willing to bet the editor of Ripoff Report can tell the IP addresses and/or accounts to use to make comments/posts are not the same for Chris in Oscoda, and this report is 100% BS to divert attention from the real issue here, NOW Property Preservation, and its crooked helmsman Sam Sesi. If you are reading this, and care at all about whether the information is acurate, I implore you to not only look up Sam Sesi/NOW Property Preservation on this site, but also Google both,  and make your mind up on the information available.  If you pay close attention to when the Ripoff Report complaints were filed about Sam Sesi/NOW Property, and the influx of positive (unsubstantiated press releases), you will see that Mr. Sesi, and NOW are trying to offset the negative....with ridiculous fabricated stories. Check the stats.

At any rate, unfortunately this forum is being used to slander those named in legitimate complaints, in a poor attempt to discredit those truly honest people involved. Mr. Salaka is my friend, a hard worker, and an awesome family man. Unlike those who posted the complaint, I would be willing to leave my contact information, I doubt those responsible would do the same.

If you ever need construction services, Mark Sulaka comes highly recommended, and if you need a job, he is a great man to work for, who ALWAYS pays.
