they have a gang in the philippines. he is the leader (marlon dela cruz) they almost beat me to death and with few numbers of our citzens with no apparent reason because they are drug addicts. occasional mauler, you cant just report them way back in the philippines because he used to enjoy the benefit of becoming the mayors illegitimate son for which his father tolerated before. they mock our country because our system had loop holes which they can exploit. he is with his wife and daughter. his wife is a prostitute here.they are wanted in the Philippines for large scale of stafa.
