Ethical business practices are critically important to the conduct and success of any business. MediaCorp Worldwide Code of Conduct defines our relationship with our Clients and each other. It provides a solid foundation for making sound, ethical business decisions, and protects and builds upon our reputation for doing the right thing. We have encouraged and tried to compromise with All-In Productions, Rick Bierman, Jon Bierman, and Howard Lederer. As with any dispute, there are usually two sides to the story. We have been diligent in trying to reach some common ground. As both Bier man's are attorneys we have been somewhat skeptical of their position. We have readily tried to reach some compromise, right or wrong, unfortunately, we have not been met with the same enthusiasm. As of August 17, 2005, we are not aware of any litigation. In addition, Mr. Bierman fails to mention the success MediaCorp Worldwide had in placing the Howard Lederer Secrets of No Limit Holdem DVD within national retail chains such as Wal Mart, K Mart, Walgreens, and CVS to name a few, reflecting millions in retail sales. In addition, MediaCorp Worldwide and its media affiliates have placed hundreds of thousands of dollars of media with Mr. Bierman's product to support our retail placements. Because people with entrepreneurial spirits will continue to invent and market their ideas, there will always be successes and failures. MediaCorp Worldwide stresses the fact we are not an invention promotion company, we seek to market and distribute manufactured consumer products. Furthermore, we can only promise to use our best effort and tools to market and sell our Client's products. We cannot ultimately control whether the product will ultimately be embraced by the public.
