Metro Mechanical Inc sell old out dated units as new no written garantee lies to you what you need an over charge Conyers Georgia
I used Metro Mechanical through Home Depot and made the purchase there. home depot contracts these people who feel free to take from the poor and elderly and then does nothing to repair or replace the faulty equipment. Instead of making good on their product, they chose to tell me it might be the duct system that is the problem . I called another company that was referred and was told they were not going to take my money that the unit sold to me came out of pennsylvania and that was why the serial # could not be located here in Georgia. I called and the manager Steve Marlow was rudely smart.and so were his workers. my elderly mother and myself had to spend the hottest summer of that year in a home that was to have central air. metro mechanical has yet to make good on a unit that was 10 to 20 years garantee on it nor did they ever send the written garantee as promised the installer only wrote on the written reciept. The unit was purchased in 2004. what can I do I'm out of money 4000 dollars for nothing!
