There is a band of victims/former unhappy clients that are coming together online to put an end to the trouble this company is causing. This forum is the most effective to warn potential consumers of unprofessional practices.
The maid service is not thorough, the customer service gruff and bullying, and you are locked into a bogus contact with fine print that allows you to get ripped off in small claims court. Reviews on Yelp provide details on how often this company earns money by dragging unhappy clients to small claims court. There are a group of his clients putting together a lawsuit to recover past losses as well as a petition to the Attorney General and Office of Consumer Affairs.
Were they a more professional company, they would improve their service rather than round up unhappy clients and milking them. I'm even hesitant to report one of the maids because she was certainly someone to be reckoned with.
