My wife was doing a survey to determine the best hairstyle for her, at the end they asked for a cellphone # to send a PIN #. In the text message it says that $9.99/mth Othr Chgs May Apply. Prior to that; Txt HELP 4help 8oo 235 7105. I do not know if I am being charged or not, I am not too savvy on cell phone charges.
