Few months ago to be exact the 06/09/09 I orderd through a tv show a Montel Williams blender.



 I used it once but I didn't like it,the machine is much too big for my space and oxidizes food when turning at great speed.



The same day I tried to return the machine but there was no return label.



there was an address on top of the label of the box that was used to ship the package to me.



I called 411 to get the phone number of this address but fined out that this address was a false address with no phone number.



I called a few time 411 to make sure that there was no mistake, I even asked for managers but the answer was the same "no company at this address and no building number at this address"



In the box not only there was no return address but there was no receipt for the $89.00 I had paid with my debit card. 



I got very scared and thought it was a scam! that day I called my bank and cancelled my debit card so that no one could pulled out money.



Few months after I received a letter from "Express Response" telling me that my account was past due and that I had an outstanding balance of $149.97 .



Imagine my surprise!!!



I called "Express Response" people to tell them my experiense but were very obnoxious with me telling me that if I was not paying my balance they would send a letter to the credit report companies.



I asked them to give me the "Montel Health master" address and phone number so that I could call them and tell them my story.



Their answer was that they did not have the address and didn't do anything to help me.



I truly thought that everything was a scam and I had no rememberance of the name of the company when I ordered the blender.



Montel didn't mean anything to me.



I still want to return this machine. I know I have lost my $89.00 in the story but I will not pay the past due as I do not want this machine.
