M&S Auto Salvage Inc Sold car with intentionally hidden damage Whittier California

Bought a car they were auctioning through Copar Los Angeles. Had the car inspected but when the car arrived and began dismantling I discovered they had bolted on lesser damaged parts from another car and frame damage. The lesser damage parts were intentionally bolted on the car to both hide the more severe damage and to cause the car to appear less damaged than actuality. Found a dates on the front bumper and hood which didn't match the car. They lesser damaged hood was 2yrs newer than the car and the front bumper cover was one year newer. They had also stripped bulbs and ballasts from the headlights and left damaged shells in place.
