NC technology co., limited [email protected] Refused to give me a full refund but instead wanted to negotiate a per centage of refund
I ordered magnetic shoelace that absolutely did not work. I emailed the company for a refund and they responded they would only refund 10% with no free shipping. Emails continued for a month with negotiations that only resulted in the offer of 50% refund and keep the product (which I will never use).
