i met james tate or eric and he promised me the world in modeling. told me he had tons of nyc connections and that i was a model he told me that i had to get some experience by dancing on stage for him at some nite camp underware party event at a local club he told me i would make tons in tips and i never made more then $7 plus he forced me to sleep with him saying that it was his way of knowing i was only nite camps model he is a sleazy dude and people beware of him

Eric Oliphant aka james tate is a scam artist, sex offender, drug user, and seeks young men to dance to make himself money while scamming along the way.
Eric, whom i didn't do my research on before hand.suggested to me that he and his "brother" Martin Rembrant were having an event that still needed capital to get the show on the road.
I have seen him have events in Washington DC and so forth. Thinking he was legit. I lent him money. all in wrighting but with no collatoral. was lucky to receive 100.00 in return. but outstanding to this day is in excess of $5000.00
If anyone knows this persons wearabouts please contact police. The information above is true and this person should be brought before a court of law!

Hello all, this is James Tate. The slanderous comments made about myself and NiteCamp were not made by "Dennis from NY,NY". there are 2 boys named Dennis who have worked for NiteCamp. One lives in Maryland, who dances under the name "aspen Slowpes", and one from Union Beach, NJ who dances under his real name. I have asked them both to rebutt the previous post and include there myspace links in case anyone has any questions. Nick, from TEPhotos in Cleveland, has been stalking my dancers and models for the past 5 weeks. He even got one to drive all the way to cleveland to take pics including naked ones. He then sent these pics out to other models to entice them to work for him as well as to porn companies without his approval. One of the guys he sent his pics to was "Dennis" from nj, who then alerted me to what was going on. so, i posted blogs about this guy on both my myspace and nitecamps. so he got mad and now wants to try and pose as one of my guys to discredit NiteCamp and me. so, Nick is just too chickens**t to post this as himself. feel free to message me on myspace with any questions or concerns. That report is totally FALSE... My name is Dennis I worked for splash in NYC and theres one other Dennis and we weren't paid 7$ a hour we were paid tips and some were paid base pay. James Tate never had sex with anyone and the person who wrote this ridiculous peice of slander should grow up and stop poseing as other people. The article proves you to be childish and spiteful, and im bringing this to a detective.
