Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Please contact the FBI and close your bank account A.S.A.P. if this company has your information. It is the type of situation where it is hard to prove that they are con artists. It's my word vs. theirs. The lies are not clear in black and white. I am looking into my contract documents being a forgery. I didn't watch these people as close as I should have, thinking of them as trustworthy as a bank. I think most people don't have the balls to call the F.B.I. and make a report because they have no proof and feel stupid for being taken advantage of. This company is stealing money EVERYDAY from small business owners bank accounts like me and you!!! Please take action with me! This should not be allowed to go on in America in this day and age! Its way worse than some drug addict stealing cash out of my purse, yet there is no police in hot pursuit! We must come together and demand something be done about the many huge con-companies who are in the business of stealing and deception and getting away with it and growing!! The details of my story are not very important. I was suspicios and smart enough to contact my bank and get my account frozen before getting the $1000 debited for breach of a contract I never agreed to, and reimbursed from wells fargo the $126 annual fee, both of which I was told didn't exist by a rep. going door to door to small businesses claiming he'd give me $200 if he couldn't save me money on my monthly credit card fees. I told him no thanks we're going out of business in a few months and it wasn't worth switching. Somehow he CONvinced me I had nothing to loose and only money to save. He looked at my bill and said his rates are better and there are no hidden fees, no contract, and a free machine. I did notice the charges over all seemed much higher, but the bill was too complex to figure out why. I tried to contact him and recieved a "I 'm on vacation leave a message" but never got a call back. After calling the company I was shocked to find they seemed to be in on the scam not wanting the reps name or information when I informed them he must have forged my signiture on the contract they claimed they had and he had lied to me!!! I can't wait to find out if I'll have issues on my credit report!!! The F.B.I. was very nice and did not belittle me like I expected, they even suggested I contact the attorney general to see if he has more info on the company so these guys can be stopped!!!

Dear Merchant, North American Bancard works very diligently to resolve all customer issues and complaints. Since our inception in 1992, we have worked with over 125,000 merchants of all sizes and levels of complexity. We provide a high level of service and support to our customers, as is evidenced by the low number of complaints we handle. Occasionally we, like any other large company, may make a mistake or mishandle an issue. When these are brought to our attention we resolve them to the best of our ability. Our 250+ employees work hard every day to make doing business with NAB a pleasure for our merchants and stakeholders, all we ask is the opportunity to recover well. In regards to the fees that have been questioned, your individual Agreement will clearly list on page nine of the terms and conditions, all the fees that may apply to your account. Section 13 of the terms and conditions states the length of the agreement. Unfortunately enough information was not provided for us to accurately determine your specific Merchant Account. If your account was incorrectly debited, or you believe your fees have been incorrect advertised, then we would need specific information in order to properly address the concerns or correct any errors. In regards to the Merchant Account being open fraudulently, Customer Service will be able to assist you with a Forgery Affidavit that will need to be filled out and provide documentation in order to investigate. Should you have any questions regarding this response, please have your Merchant number ready and contact our Customer Service at 800-226-2273 Ext.1300, so that your specific situation may be properly researched and addressed. Sincerely, Kimberly Tippin Director of Customer Contacts
