Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Submitted my first application to this company on Monday June 15. Customer switched to Nabancard credit card processing in order to get a cash advance. Approval for the credit card processing takes up to 48 hours. Customer approved yet I did not recieve any commisssion.

Nabancard offers the sales reps a "back office" via the internet to track sales. When I wasn't paid my commission I called the above mentioned liars to inquire. First they claimed I signed up to be paid weekly. Not true, I signed up to be paid daily. I should have been paid as soon as application was approved on Wednesday June 17.

My back offices showed payment pending on 6-17 and then on 6-18 showed paid. By the 19th everything was erased.

By Friday June 19 Rita (above mentioned liar) guaranteed I was paid this day. Back office shows paid.

Monday June 22 payment still not in my bank. Called and emailed the above mentioned liars, they claim it takes 1-2 business days to post. Tues June 23 still nothing. Rita one of the above mentioned liars gave me a tracking number for the HCH Clearinghouse transfer. Called my bank, they said 3-4 business days to post.

Waited till this morning the 4th business day to call my bank. Said funds were returned to Nabancard because my name was not listed as the recipient. Good job Rita, Steve & Jessica, you got me off your back for a few days.

Now, mind you, I am also entitled to a very large commission once my customer is approved for the cash advance. Which should already be done.

BTW, Steve Trimble recruited me to work for this rip off company. He claimed Nabancard was better than the rest and I would do much better if I worked for them. HA!

I was and still am working for another processor when Steve recruited me and had horrible things to say about his competition. Ha, ha Steve, I still submit applications to your competitors and they are aware of your nasty demeaner. You guys are not the only game in town. Just the most untrustworthy.

As I see this, Nabancard has no intention of paying me. I estimate for the processing and the cash advance they owe me at least $800 in commissions. I will pursue this to the fullest extent. I will be looking into some government agencies for remedy.

And please do not insult my intelligence with some generic reply to this complaint as you do your merchants. SHOW ME THE MONEY!

I will update this complaint often.

Attention Merchants: North American Bancard is a very untrustworthy company. The worst kind of thief is a thief who steals from employees. Lets put them out of business!

I hope "Manhattan Handbags" is contacted and posts something stating that they closed right after being denied for your promises of a cash advance. I have been with NAB since 2006 as an Independent agent and have never seen such a crybaby. If they were declined for an advance and closed, move on. Just to let you know, I am in outstanding status with the company and have never been cheated out of any residuals or bonus commisions I may have been fortunate to have received from them. Aren't you that debtonater guy on the terrible radio station in Illinois? Cool name btw. The debtonator promises to get you out of debt by getting you an advance that hopefully he makes $900 from! Nice work DC. Another question, did you read your agent agreement and schedule A? That would have taught you some things before you run your mouth with false information.

I'll be scanning the Merchants paperwork that I recieved in the mail from you guys and posting it here. Merchants and Agents alike have the right to know what scammers you are. I have the evidence that the Manhattan Handbag company was approved for processing and I will use it here and in a court of law. Be prepared to fly out to Illinois to defend yourself. If you would rather settle this out of court I will settle the case in the amount of $800 even though I'm owed at least $950. Please mail a check to my address on file and I will update that North American Bancard settled this dispute honorably. If you choose not to pay me the amount I am owed I will continue to alert the public about your inability to conduct business in a professional and honorable manner. Please note that I have saved all of your emails and can also provide a statement from my bank that you sent the funds in a misleading manner. North American Bancard is scamming Merchants and Agents. Do not do business with this company. I'll update when I have more info to provide the public.

Re: Response to RipOff0464840 (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/464/RipOff0464840.htm) Please publish this response on behalf of North American Bancard, Inc. (NAB) to the unfounded complaint asserted by the anonymous poster referenced above. Based upon our review of the allegations which were raised by this anonymous party, and comparing them to emails which we have received from one particular terminated agent, we believe that we know the identity of the party who has raised these issues and respond accordingly. This presumed agent (who has since been terminated) was paid a commission, but due to his request that his compensation be deposited to a non-checking account at a non-conventional bank, the payment was returned to NAB. However, while the payment was being returned, the merchant which this agent had brought to NAB terminated its processing agreement. Commissions paid to agents must be returned if the merchants they board through NAB do not satisfy certain minimum durational requirements. The merchant terminated its relationship before any sales were ever processed. Therefore, even if the commission had been received by this agent, it would have needed to be returned to NAB as the merchant did not maintain its processing relationship for the required length of time. Furthermore, there is no way that the merchant could have been approved for any sort of future receivables purchase (which this terminated agent refers to as a cash advance); therefore, there is no basis for this terminated agent to suggest that he has been denied an additional bonus for a transaction that did not occur. Additionally, emails which have been received from the presumed poster indicate that he instigated the merchant to terminate its relationship with NAB. He has boasted of his efforts in this regard. Such conduct would be a violation of any agent's sales representative agreement with NAB and would be grounds for termination. In this terminated agent's emails to NAB's officers, employees and counsel, he has threatened to continue smearing NAB to its clients and to trashing NAB and its employees on the internet. The fact that this terminated agent seeks to gain some advantage by personally attacking the good names and reputations of NAB's employees is particularly troubling. In fact, this terminated agent has described his actions as being quite fun (email of June 25, 2009 at 11:32) and used the expression LOL to describe his attitude as to exposing NAB. Unfortunately for the presumed poster, no measure of insults and defamation can alter the inescapable fact that he earned no compensation or bonus. NAB strives to afford all agents with abundant opportunities to succeed. Agents are paid on a timely basis in accordance with their agreements and all efforts are made to faithfully and expeditiously investigate any issues that agents bring to our attention. With respect to the terminated agent who we believe to be the presumed poster of the negative report, our investigation clearly revealed that he was not entitled to any compensation and that he violated the terms of his agreement with NAB. Sincerely, Randy Lobban North American Bancard
