Complaint Review: Northcentral University - Prescott Valley Arizona

I have experienced extreme treachery and lack of integrity by Northcentral University. I too see where in response to others who complain are some who are merely using the university's accreditation status as self-justification when they should be looking at its lack of integrity in application. (One would think at the doctoral level they would be less shallow.) Accusing some of not being PhD material is merely self-serving. Those who have graduate degrees, as well as post graduate coursework as myself, are more than capable of succeeding. As in my case, I first received As in the coursework at NCU. But then a negative attitude became apparent, which was then applied to my coursework, with false allegations and treachery taking place by university faculty.

Although I have taught writing and English at the university level, and I am a writer and published author of several books, I was told after receiving As (despite other professors/mentors complimenting my writing skills), that my writing needed improvement by those with less writing experience and expertise than I. And then, in the same course by the same mentor, I was accused of plagiarism--something I have taught against and dealt with regarding my own university students--and was arbitrarily given an F on one of my assignments for it. (I was also lied to by the dean that we had worked the matter out, to later find out that nothing had been worked out and the F on the assignment remained.) Then, in the same course, with the same mentor, after I received permission from her for the topic of my main assignment, she claimed upon its completion that she did not grant me permission for the topic, which reason she gave for my failing grade. But after I provided her proof (written documentation) she had granted her approval, she later confessed but refused to change the grade accordingly. Then, even after I filed a grievance, the school (dean, provost, and president) still refused to change my final grade for the course, despite exposing the documentation and mentor's admission, revealing the whole institution's corruptness.

Knowing that an outside source was the only hope in receiving justice in this matter, I went to The Higher Learning Commission--accrediting  body. However, despite  catching NCU in the act, red-handed, this office has failed to do anything about it. So, regardless, whether accredited or not, NCU is not only incompetent, but criminal in its practices, and must have its accreditation taken away. From my recent experience, I find complete accuracy in what this individual from Florida says in his complaint, and I have the documentation to prove it. I agree, the counterposts appear to be those of university staff. They are no less than ego-based attempts to excuse the injustice taking place by people who place themselves above others, supposedly not capable of the PhD work, in a mere attempt to cover up for the treachery and corruption taking place within this educational institution.

The issue here (at least in my case) is not the difficulty in the course content, or needing one's hand held, etc., but of the treachery and corruption taking place within this university, which I have proved by my documentation. Whoever you people are, placing the blame on this individual from Florida, you are evidently placing blame on him to cover up for NCU, and you apparently have ulterior interests that are only fed by attempting to elevate yourselves at the expense of others who have been cheated by this university.
