Online Suppliers is operating fraudulently and is a RipOff company. It is victimizing people deceptively. I was contacted on my private phone number by a telemarketing call center representative, Kunal #2592 from 1-800-940-4948 X 8004 on Sunday afternoon, 10/16/05 on behalf of On-Line Suppliers wholesale product company claiming to be a wholesale warehouse looking for online distributors interested in their program of selling by EBay auction on line and a "one time only" special 14 day trial offer package for $9.95. The package was said to arrive in 2-4 days (e.g. 10/19 or 20/05 at the latest). This was stressed. At present it is 10/23/05 and I still have not received the "expedited introductory complete setup pacakge" though twice sent expeditiously by them.

I was further told, upon its arrival I would receive complete clear and concise directions for logging onto their site at online-suppliers.com, and for easily setting up an on-line Ebay auction site hosted by them in my own name and as my own site and store where I could market other items as well if I so chose. It was stressed that this would be very simple and easy to do without assistance. It was purported to me that the package would contain easy understandable directions for choosing products (i.e. electronics, computers, luggage) from their wholesale warehouse including pictures etc. for use in creating your own custom chosen product line for presentation on E-Bay.

I was told that payment would be through PayPal with prices being at my choice and discretion for the auctions and monetary proceeds from the auctions would go to my bank account. They would take care of all shipping of the auctioned products. They said I would then be responsible to send them 50% of the auction sales for items sold. With the rushed package (by USPS), directions would be received so that each item could be easily set up in 2-3 minutes.

I was told several times that the package would be received within 2-3 days (by 10/19/05). I submitted my payment ($9.95) information and it was deducted from my bank on 10/17/05. I was told when I receive the package I would sign onto their web site. That the trial period would not begin until the package was received and I had logged into their secure site where set up could happen as directed on the package instructions for setting up the web page and the online wholesale auction store.

I was also told about their "personal coaching" services known as "Action Line" and if interested would be as a bonus would be free for 14 days as well and if interested in that would be contacted by an assigned person from that group. I asked for their address and was given the Long Beach address and a phone number 1-866-622-9983 and another number for Customer Service at 1-800-831-3952.

I was contacted the next day (Monday 10/17/05) by an entity showing the name on my caller ID of Success Team calling from 1-801-492-0714. I did not know this was part of On-Line Suppliers until several calls and 2 days went by. Meanwhile I had not received the package. I returned the call after 2 or three calls and a message left by one Chase Woods, claiming to be assigned to me as personal training coach for On-Line Suppliers. On 10/19/05 I still had not received the expected "expedited package". I called the customer service number and they told me they resent it and I would have it the next day. I was reassured that again that the package would be here immediately, and the 14 day period would not commence until I signed onto their site with the directions received in the rush package. It is now a week and the package still has not been delivered or arrived at the post office address. This lack of truth and arrival of the overnight package made me suspicious of this being a scam.

I commenced conversation with the Action Line (Success Team) person who informed me he is the personal coach assigned to me (free for 14 days)..I asked several questions to him as he applied a scripted type of questioning which I became very uncomfortable with. It involved his "screening" questions about my credit and credit cards and balances etc. designed according to him to determine whether certain individuals were incentive oriented to be worked with. I told him this was premature. The rep (CW) made the claim to me that this company was approved by the Better Business Bureau and I could check them out. I asked for which one (BBB) and with that his very positive attitude became less amicable. He told me in my questioning and my suspiciousness that I would not be able to just go on line by the directions. We argued that if that is so the company had deceived me and I want my $ back as that is not the conditions I paid the $9.95. He could not answer my questions and became antagonistic implying that I was not that certain individual he was seeking (to create company testimonials). I asked him what company he was working for...and their business address etc., he told me it was in independent company (not Online Supplier) but actually another company called Brightbuilders. After more headbutting type of conversation where I was no longer in the limelight with him and being accused of being skeptical. I informed him that I would contact him AFTER I receive the package and had the opportunity to look over the materials to see if what he had told me and they had told me was so having become very skeptical at this point. Since after all it does not become affective until the log in time...14 days...but yet they have not provided me with that opportunity and have taken my money just the same and I can see the light at the end of their tunnel for $9.95 a month and $59.95 per month for the coaching thing...if I do not take some action now.

Upon investigation, I have found this site and that this company is listed by several consumers complaints. Thus I am filing this one to add to the crowd and hopefully someone else won't be ripped off.

I still have not received their package. I am cancelling the the deal by writing and calling their customer service #. I am going to demand they repay the $9.95 because of the deceptive practices above...they never sent the package overnight or within the time period promised at all. I did not agree to any delays and their representatives promised it next day with the second call stressing same. It has been several days.

Secondly, I suspect they lied about the Better Business Bureau reputation, but could not check that out as they would not provide the city and state of the BBB as being one entity which it is not. This became the downsliding point in my conversation with the Success Team who would not provide specific information claimed as to no strikes against them anywhere...this is not true just by my investigation on this site alone.

I do know a lot of things about this company! but what can we do! just be carefull! I used to be a CSR and is not easy, were just trying to do our job, following scripts... its our job! please dont blame us for this... if u want just ask for a supervisor! I hated when a cust treats me bad even if that was not of my business!

I contacted the offending site...and informed them I had filed the complaint at RipOffReports. I told them I knew of their true reputation and after much struggle with their "customer support representative" and having to ask for the supervisor etc. and threatening further action to the CA state authorities, Consumer Protection agency, DA and the FTC etc., I was immediately refunded all the moneys given them (i.e. $9.95) in their scamming of me. I also had to change my account information because I feared their giving out my information to some affiliate entity and being harmed in retaliation by that. I have not had contact with them since. Thank God and the information on the ripoffreports site.

ActionLine = Onlinesupplier = same company

#5Consumer Suggestion

Onlinesupplier (Newave Inc) is the same people who were selling a couple of products known as AUCTIONROAD AND HUD REFUND a couple of years ago , both of those programs were offered by the same company that used to be called Pinnacle LLC , they had to change their name due to the massive amount of customer's complaints with the BBB and FTC regarding their business practices. Although they continue to rip off customers using similar practices under different names , now days they advertise nationwide claiming to be Ebay by using Bobby Eubanks picture as their host , I wish bobby eubanks could be informed of what really goes on inside that company , or maybe he is aware and he just careless about his image being used in name of a misleading Company and Product . My advise to all customer like myself who have being riped off by these scammers is file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC regarding their practices , also if they dont want to give your money back when calling customer service , make sure you advise the operator that you will be contacting the D.A from your state and also the BBB , that reminds me of something else , if you go to the BBB you can search for onlinesupplier and they have created 3 different accounts in there due to their bad ratings , one has a goleta adress on it , the other one has a long beach adress on it and there is a 3rd one too that Iam not sure what's the adress they are claiming , so just remember , THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COMPANY run by the same guys off of La patera Ln in Goleta , California . Their phone representatives are told to inform customers that they are located in Long Beach , although that 's another lie , there is probably one guy working from a supposelly warehouse down there , but all phone calls operations are taken in Goleta California ( 7 La patera Ln - goleta california ) . I had enough of these guys taking my money and giving out my information to several other companies , I also found out the name of the guy responsible for their customer service operations , his name is tom kuljys , so if you want your money back , don't waste your time talking to whoever answers the phone , ask for Tom Kuljys and make sure you get your money back by following the steps mentioned above . Don't be fool by what they tell you , their advertisemnt is misleading , their sales practices are not legit and they are not EBAY , nor have discounted products that will help you being sucessfull on online auctions . You can also check their stocks under this letters NWWV OR nwwve.ob God bless us all .
