Outlook Skateboards Outlook Skateboards LLC No Christmas gift to give Smithfield, Virginia
I ordered a skateboard deck for my nephew for Christmas but it never arrived. I got a clip and ship USPS notice but the post office never actually received the package. I sent multiple emails through the Outlook Skateboards website, called the number I found online [with no one answering] and contacted the post office again.

Deck finally delivered

After multiple unanswered emails and answering machine messages the deck was finally delivered. I sent an email letting Outlook Skateboard that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and within days got an email from Vince Hamilton telling me it was unnecessary to file because it was "literally just shipped out" and I would be getting it that day according to the tracking information. I did finally get the deck. Outlook needs to find time to respond to their customers. They get an F for customer service. I personally will never order from them again. I did have to acknowledge finally getting the deck, it was an excellent deck and worth the price but not the lack of information from Outlook.
