I would never employ OZ movers, ever again. My mother gave me a grandfather's clock before she passed away from breast cancer and it was damaged beyond repair. I clearly and explicitly discussed this with the sales guy that did the onsite. He assured me they know what they are doing. The movers had very little experience and they said it themselves. I should have stopped the move, but...I felt I was lied to just to make a sale.
