Payday Yes Loan AIS Services LLC This company is refusing to remove a negative report off my credit even though I can prove that the loan was paid. San Francisco California
In 2007 I found some withdraws from my bank from a company called Payday Yes Loans. I contacted my bank and we checked out all deposits to my account from the time I had opened the account until that date and there was no deposit shown from Payday Yes Loans only withdraws. I contested the withdraws with my bank and they investigate them and was unable to get in touch with the company. I got the negative report removed from my credit. Now it is 10/29/2008 and I have requested a home loan and there it is back on my credit along with another company called AIS Services LLC. I called AIS Services and after a big argument with one of their supervisors he informed me that even though I had proof that the loan was paid off to the loan company that they would not remove their negative report from my credit as the loan company had sold them my loan and that I now owed them the same amount. I really believe that these two companies are working together to rip consumers off by making fraudulent withdraws from bank accounts and then this other company then forces people to pay them as well so that they are able to steal from the consumer in two ways. I strongly advise anyone to not do business with a loan company called Payday Yes Loans.
I have never received a payday loan from this company and yet my credit is ruin because it stole money from my bank account.

I have found out that Legal Meditation and AIS Services or two different collection agencies that work together to collect debts and they both have been trying to collect a fraudulent Payday Loan Yes bill from me. I just talked with a person named Daniel at AIS Services and he said that he would send me a letter with a form for me to fill out to contest the bill and he advised me to file a police report on Payday Loan yes and then I am to send them the police report wich I am going to do and I will keep you posted on what is going on.
