Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Stay away from these crooks. Their sales guy, Isaac, who apparently is no longer with company solicited my company claiming he could save us approximately $2000/mo. I was extremely hesitant however he assured me it was possible since they operated differently than conventional processors. He said that Payment Systems makes their money by leasing their customers processing equipment (credit card terminals, keypads, etc.). I emphasized we process only through our POS and have no need for "equipment". He said we can keep equipment as backup if needed since we had to keep it as part of deal. I also told him that if they were not compatible with our POS then I would not be interested. He assured me they were and contract would not commence until integration with POS was completed....which typically takes 2-4 weeks with Micros. Upon signing of contract I immediately called Micros to initiate changeover process and paid $300 fee to do so. After 3 months Payment Systems had failed to contact Micros and give them the new merchant id's so that we could begin processing with them. In the meantime they had already begun debiting my bank account from the day I signed the contract and were sending me letters from their legal department threatening me with a lawsuit of $30k for breach of contract. I had done my part but they failed to do theirs. For several weeks I was trying to reach my sales guy Isaac however his voicemail box was always full and I could not leave a message. I then googled Payment Systems and was able to get different number which I called and had the pleasure of speaking to an insensitive a-hole by the name Steven Silvas who was rude and tried to put the blame on me. He then transferred me to his boss Jesse Peak who apologized and told me that Isaac, who solicited me, was no longer with company and the paperwork had fallen through the cracks. He was extremely apologetic, but it was only for the benefit of Payment Systems. He offered to re-do the contract and start fresh and also promised to credit back several months of monthly charges. He even offered to do another analysis/comparison with my current processor and show me the savings...which he did and the savings were significant on paper. Well, during our first month processing with Payment Systems I noticed my account was being debited on a daily basis..so I thought ok maybe they debit daily instead of monthly, so I sent a friendly email questioning if this was correct...but of course, no response. End of month comes and I notice additional large debit from Payment Systems! I have now paid almost double in fees than I did with previous processor! After numerous attempts to contact Jesse or Steven I did receive an email from Jesse stating the he was looking into my account and he would get back to me the following day. Three weeks have passed and still no response. I now have to close my bank account to prevent further debits. This has  been a nightmare, stay away from these crooks.
