I purchased an in-ground fence and two collars from the PetStoreOnline back in October 2011, but decided to return it, unopened. I made several phone calls and sent numerous emails to request a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) as they requested. Unfortunately, they did not respond to any of the emails (I tried both "
[email protected]" and "
[email protected]"), and they NEVER answered their phone. I called both numbers that they have on their invoice and website, but they never answered either of the phones -- I only went to their voicemail where I left numerous requests for them to call me back. My calls were never returned.
I haven't returned the items I purchased because I figured they would either return it or keep it without sending the refund (since I didn't have the RMA I requested). After seeing the previous complaint, I see I was correct in that assumption.
I contacted the BBB and attorney generals' offices in both states (mine & Georgia), but no action has been taken on their part, as far as I know. I will try going through my credit card company instead. Thanks to Marlene for the suggestion.
Save yourself a big headache and AVOID this company!
