Mrs Galvan or Elisa Galvan for the pinellas housing authority is simply using her power to bully landlords. The section 8 program is complete rip off and scam due to her actions. Elisa Galvin refuses to even call landlords back and tries to just scam them from emails.
She is going out of her way to make me repair a unit that a tenant distroyed to satisfy less then 60 days of a lease when she knows the teanant will destroy the unit again. Elisa Galvan of largo just goes out of her way to cost landlords as much problems as possible. Do not under any circumstance let pinellas county housings tenants in your rental properties unless you are prepared to totally remodel the place twice per year when the tenant tears it up. The tenant has broke all the screens, damaged the closet doors, ruined a brand new kitchen, and put holes in almost every wall. This program is not designed to help people its designed to screw landlords. Mrs Galvan refuused to even make small concessions since the damage is cosemetic and caused by tenant. We are not talking about a leaking roof.
I hope someone does something about this lady and removes her from the title of director. In the meantime if your a landlord do not get scammed by section 8 housing in Pinellas or Elisa Galvan
