Polodude.com And/or Howtobeaplaya.com RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS!! Once you receive the order, after you make NUMEROUS inquiry calls regarding the order. The order is shipped from a PO Box and with no return shipping instructions. Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
The polodude.com wesbsite markets discount LaCoste polos. I ordered 8 LaCosta polos and after not receiving them for six weeks, I emailed an inquiry and was told of a "back order". I then threatened and finally received the order. The polos, appeared to be either childrens shirts or knock offs of some sort as the Lacosta logo seemed smaller, and I found it odd, that the order contained no shipping nor return instructions.
I kept one of the eight shirts and returned the remaining seven to the PO Box it was shipped from, requesting a full (credit card) refund. After three email inquiries, two written correspondences, and six faxes requesting the credit, I still have received NO response.
Now I am in the process of gaining the credit through my credit card company and a direct contact to polodude.com's bank. And I will be contacting the US Attorney General as well as the Florida Attorney General reporting this compamny for Commerce and Inter State Mail Fraud.
Let's get this company put out of business!!!!
