I hired Premium Remodeling & Construction to construct a dog door and it has been a nightmare. the materials were cheap and used. The dog door broke within two days of installation. Once it was repared it broke again within two days. When Itred to get in contact with the company no one ever returened my calls this had gone on for about a week or so. I finally had my wife call and he answered on the first ring. He told her he was to busy to come fix our door and that he would get back to her. I had to file a complaint with his advertising company in order to get a text message from him. This type of behavior is unprofessional and they should not be allowed to work on ayones house.
