That award makes him feel all warm and fuzzy to work out a project that he can force educating delivery boys called process severs and make a little cash.

HIS TRAINING OFFERS SQUAT AND HE IS A POLITICALLY INCORRECT and has no character or purpose other than his self perpetuating feel good protectinists scheme of his good OLD OLD OLD boys who soon will be completely irrelevant.
