I ordered a projector lamp from Projector Lamp Express in May, 2009. After a long delay I received a lamp. The wrong one. Eventually they provided me with an RMA number so I could return it. Since they have received it, they will not answer their phone nor respond to my emails. Unfortunately I waited too long to notify my bank (30 days) and I could not obtain relief from them. So, I am just stuck with a paid receipt and no bulb for my projector.
I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Offices in Illinois and in Georgia. These people continue to take money and produce no product. This is committing fraud. I will continue to talk to the Attorney General's Office in an effort to bring this to their attention. I encourage anyone who has been a victim of this company to do the same. They continue to take advantage of people and take in money and offer no product.
