I was called numerous times by a man with a heavy accent claiming to be "Michael Edward" from the Publishers Clearing House Prize Sweepstakes.  He told me I was a 3rd place winner in the contest and won 800K dollars and Mercedes.  At first I hung up and he called again, I indulged him he could hardly explain his scam: told me that I needed to go to walmart to purchase a greendot money pack for $300.00 to give or send to someone whom would be delivering the check and the car.  He told me he was calling from his office but I could tell he was outside with the wind blowing around him. He first called on a "Restricted" phone number but then he called me back from a jamacian number (876-441-5576). He was very upset when he called me back "Why did you hang up on me?". This was for a winning in Texas even though I live in Arizona.
