Am presently employed at TCI, a call cneter here in philippines that handles the Qitel account. i was so depressed to realized that these complaints ruin the credibility of our company. I ucertainly understand the sentiments of these clients but as much as i love to sypathized with them i know that Qitel is not held responsible for these. Most agents tend to mislead our clients and a thing that our company doesnt tolerate. to all the Qitel account holder and to those who have not been called yet.../ please be responsible... listen attentively and dont be seduce by the free cell phone and just answer yes on a verification just because an agent told you to do so. In that way, if asn agent ask you to eat a dirty feces, then you'll eat too... the logic is that we should not say yes if we are not sure what its is all about. thanks God bless us all
