QUEEN BEAUTY II HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER SUMMERVILLE South Carolina
I was treated so horribly at this business. I went in to purchase a wig, and was told because of their policy that I would only be able to try on 3 wigs per 1 of the .50 caps that I bought. Ok. I get policy, I didn't see the sign. I told him that was fine I just wanted to purchase my cap, and take my business elsewhere. He became loud, and said things about the policy. When I went to give him my debit card, he pointed at a sign on the counter that said nothing under $5.00.
Well, surely I'm not interested in spending any money with your company. Bad habit no change, but I was looking as he kept saying ugly things. I eventually some change, and dropped it on the counter. he became loud in front of other customers, and louder. His exact words to the other customers were, "She has so much to say, and she doesn't even have .50." I was so shocked and humiliated. He threatened to call the police.
He told me not to worry about paying him and he wanted me to leave, or he'd call the cops and say I was tresspassing. I was sure to have the understanding that he did not want the .50, he said no.
And people...as I was leaving... the owner of this store and Queens Beauty off of Ashley Phosphate threw the change I had given him earlier at me, as I was walking out.
I have never been in any trouble, no record, I try my best to be that example, and had to experience this in 2013. I was so upset, but I did let him know that I was telling as many people as I could about this poor customer service. I read reviews all the time for different businesses, and this really is the only way to find out about horrible business owner.
My advice...go somewhere else...where you and your hard earned money will be appreciated
