Go somewhere else!

If you need tires or repairs, or if you are a technician looking for a job, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The Raffields and the Battles put on a big show of being honest Christians but really they're just backstabbing hypocrites.

Before 2004, they were the highest paying company to work for in Middle Georgia. Technicians earned 45% commission on labor and Raffield hired only the best and most honest. One tech made over 100k one year and was consistently the third highest paid in the whole company.

Then in 2004 they changed the way they paid technicians after hiring some snake oil salesman consultant from Atlanta. Techs got pay cuts of $20,000 or more.

Not all techs though. A few got sweetheart deals.

Now they've got constant turnover and each time they lose a tech the quality of their talent pool goes down.

They fire good techs and keep employees who aren't worth a d**n. They want to keep a tech like Scott Ramsey (Rocky Creek Road store) who is a meth and pill addict and give him a sweetheart deal exempting him from the pay scale other techs have to work under.

The keep an assistant manager like Mike Gibbs (assistant manager at the Rocky Creek Road store) who has stolen from the company twice. Mike Gibbs has run up thousands of dollars on his company fuel card hooking his friends up with free tanks of gas but they just keep him on the payroll and even hire him back after he quits. They knew about the thefts, but didn't fire him.

A sexual harassing and thieving former manager like David Hughner (now at Watson Blvd store) keeps getting rehired and promoted but other employees who make them a ton of money by actually working get fired with no valid reason whatsoever.

An incredibly rude Brian Goss who got blowjobs from a customer on company time got promoted to store manager and is now at the MLK blvd store. I hope it wasn't your vehicle that happened in!

I watched them royally screw over a fellow employee and good friend of mine once. He purchased an old company truck. It needed a head gasket so we all got to work on it to fix it up for him.

This same guy a year before hit a major crisis in his life when his wife left him and emptied out every single bank account he had leaving him with no money to feed his kids whatsoever. Another tech and I raised money for him, giving of our own funds and calling everyone in the company who knew him to help. Only the Raffields and the Battles themselves were the ones who didn't bother to contribute one d**n penny. But they did later tell one of us how "nice" it was of us to help him out and "Jesus this" and "Jesus that". Actually, they just told the other guy that. They never said a word to me about it.

Anyway back to the truck. The store manager at the time got it all put back together on the guy's day off. Wanted it fixed for him when he came in the next day. He forgot to put oil back in and completely destroyed the engine.

Guess what Raffield did? Made the poor guy pay for a new engine instead of the manager who blew it up!

If Sam Raffield or Chris Battle try to tell you how Christian they are, try not to vomit!

Mike, I do not wish to use my name because I value my privacy, a fact that you did not consider when you used other people's names in your diatribe. No amount of money you make right now can make up for the fact an 8 year old girl googled her daddy's name the other night and found this. Would you like to explain to her what you meant by what you wrote? This family had nothing to do with your being hired or fired from Raffield Tire. So why would you think it would be OK to plaster their name all over the internet with your foundless, mean spirited accusations? It's really mature to post petty company gossip on the internet using other people's names, is it? How would you like it if someone googled YOUR name, and the first thing that appeared was a horrible, unfounded accusation of child pornography or something? What you did, Mike, was reprehensible. Mike, I'm glad that you have moved on from Raffield Tire, and I have no idea, nor any interest, in why you don't work for them anymore. However, my family member has been employed with them for over a decade, as have many of their other employees. That doesn't sound "disposable" to me. Next time you decide to rant and rave on the internet and use people's names, don't be surprised when someone uses yours in return. Frankly, I think it would've been less cowardly of you to have signed your real name to your little hissy fit. At least then, folks might consider its merits, rather than dismissing it completely out of hand. Mike, you haven't hurt Raffield Tire. You have hurt a family. Like I said before, Shame On YOU. Very Sincerely, Rebuttal

Obviously "Mr. Rebuttal" is an employee of RTM but won't use his own name, though he has no problem giving mine. Hey pal. You know nothing about why I was fired. Ask Roderick about the thousands of dollars a month in work I was writing up that didn't get sold. He had a grudge against me for a long time for that, but all I was doing was keeping proof that I was doing my job. He and another tech lied their asses off to get me fired. You work at Raffield, you know it happens. How the politics work. Oh well I bet you scored a lot of brownie points when you reported seeing this on the internet. Good for you! Think I care? Why should I? I have a better job now and make more money than I did at Raffield. Think they'll ever call me back after this? Probably. Look at the other people they ask to come back. Employees are for the most part disposable to them. (you are too, keep that in mind) Now post your name, coward.

Mike Ganas seems to have a personal vendetta against the people of Raffield Tire. It seems obvious that he was dismissed from the company for not performing his duties in accordance with the standards of Raffield Tire. He is very lucky that the people named in his diatribe have not sued him for slander or come after him personally. Whether these comments are true or not, these people had nothing to do with his employment or lack thereof at Raffield Tire. Local employers, beware! Mr. Ganas needs to grow up! Mr. Ganas also needs to realize that his little hissy fit is now all over the internet, and it's done exactly the opposite of what he intended. He hasn't caused customers to stop using Raffield Tire. He has only made himself look like a whiny little girl. He needs to realize also that by slandering former fellow employees online, he has submitted them to personal pain and embarrassment with his unsubstantiated and mean spirited comments. What if his 8 year old daughter googled his name for fun one day and came up with these comments? How would he feel about having to explain to her why somebody is accusing her dad of cheating on her mom or being guilty of a crime? Mr. Ganas, shame on YOU.
