RCI Financial Management Carolina Martinez Ccompany contacted us to help us sell our timeshare. Everything 'checked out" and seemed legal. They ripped us of $1950 and dissapeared. Orlando, Florida
Early this year, RCI Financial Management contacted us to help us sell our time share. They sent us all the paperwork: Acknowledgement of Service Agreement' and Timeshare Owner's Authorization". We entered into their website to check that everything was "ok". Everything seemed fine so we proceeded with the process. They told us that we had to pay the total of $1950 in advance. We didn't like this at first but the persons who contacted us were so professional that we ended up approving the charge to our credit card. We even received an invoice and a "Track and Confirm" document from the US Postal Service. We were excited that finally we were going to get out of our stupid decision of getting into a timeshare. Unfortunately this decision was even more stupid as once the money was collected , we never heard of the company again. We called on several occassions and spoke with different persons: Carolina Martinez, Carla Alvarez, and Roberto Diaz, bogus names I now think ,and they always said that everthing was fine ;that we just had to wait some more time for the final sale of the timeshare to someone else. After waiting for some time , we now try to contact them and the phone numbers don't even work. We need to sell this timeshare as we need the money to pay off medical expenses of my mother who is very ill but now we just don't trust anyone. This has to stop as these "individuals" are taking advantage and hurting good persons.
