I was told that I could cancel with this service and was not informed it was a 12 month contract. I was also informed I would receive X amount of leads per month per zip code.  After two weeks and several hundred dollars charged to my credit card, no leads.  When I called to find out what was the issue, I was told by the CSR that based on the zip codes I selected, it would be unlikely that any leads would come in. I was told I could get a refund but when transferred to that department I was told no refunds are issued. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told I was not allowed.  

 

This business completely lies in the sales process and has a terrible product offering. Do not use this business to generate any leads at any cost.

We worked with the customer in late May 2016 and cancelled the account as requested.
