Report: 1st Prom Dress, First Prom Dress, [email protected] 1stpromdress.com shipped my dress claims to ship to wrong address and that I made the request. Will never see my dress Guangzhou Guangdong Internet , China
I ordered a dress from 1stpromdress.com. I payed through paypal because it is secure. I immediately got a response from Molly Lee and Lilly Green from 1stpromdress.com promising my dress on time. When I received a tracking number from 1stpromdress.com, it was indicated that my dress went to a wrong address in New York instead of my address in San Diego and 1stpromdress.com indicated I requested the change of address, then retracted and apologized for the error in shipment. Then I was shocked when they provided me with the information (phone and address) for the person they shipped my dress to in New York and asked me to call and request this person ship the dress to me at my cost. I called this person and they stated that they had also been ripped off by 1stpromdress.com and were sent the wrong dress and sent it back and never received their money back.
This 1stpromdress.com is a scam, will steal your money and give you the run around and I am now $249.00 poorer because I trusted this website and Paypal. I am surprised paypal is associated with this company
