Reversatrol Inc. Charged for more product after I cancelled trial product, plus never received the product. Hollywood Florida
After I cancelled the trial product and returned unused product, I was charged again for another shipment, which I also never received. I have been contacting them for over two weeks for my refund for the second charge, to no avail. They told me to fax over a copy of my bank record showing the charge and someone would contact me within five to seven business days. Which of coarse never happened. I faxed the bank statement on 7-14-09 and have called several times since. All they will do is tell me to wait until I am contacted, they say, that is all they can do. Also, I was told that a Mr. Ray Johnson would be contacting me about my refund once the charge was verified. Also, the customer service representatives that I spoke with tell me that they only see one charge and one refund on my account. Which is an out right lie.
I am unemployed and cannot afford to have this taken out of my account. Can you please help me recover this charge of $87.13?
