Revita Eye and Beau Derma Serum After cancelling trail orders, Revita Eye and Beau Derma, my credit card was charged $89.95. Unable to reach customer Service. Santa Ana CA
On December 4, 2014, on the internet i order a trail order of Revita Eye and Beau Derma serums for $5.95, each. After receiving and using the products, my skin was irritated, thus on December 18, 2014, i call Revita's Customer Service Return Dept (888-503-6085)and cancelled the orders. I received confirmation emails of the cancellations. The Customer Service Representative also instructed me to return the unused portion of the Revita eye serum within 30 days of the cancellation. On January 7, 2015, returned the eye serum to the company. Using the following information provided by Customer Service Representative via email on December 18, 2014.
