revive youth cream Free Sample not Free!!! st. petersburg Florida
I received an unsolicited email from this company, and it advertised free "sample".
Just pay $4.95 shipping, (then they charged me $1.99 for insurance, which I did not request, but could not order the product without getting it, so did it.
It stated in the disclaimer, that I had 14 days after the order date to ancel, if I did not want anymore products charged to my card. I ordered on 3/5/17, and received it on 3/11/17. I called that day to cancel, and was told, it was not a free samole, and I had to return it or I would be charged the $97 full price for it.
I also had to pay return postage and basically the insurance was just a scam.
When I requested my money back, since I was not allowed to keep the product, they told me it was not refundabe.
I was missled about the "free" sample, and paid shipping and insurance for something I was told I ould not keep.
This is totally missleading and false advertising/soliciting. I do not feel I should have to return a free sample, then have to pay again to send it back.
