Robin Hollingsworth falsified her application to adopt 20 horses from the Second Wind Adoption Program, at Crossed Sabers Stables in West Virginia.

The SWAP program has a strict NO SELL policy when adopting horses, Robin Hollingsworth had some of these horses sold even before they reached her place of so called business.

The Second Wind Adoption Program has been able to recover all but eight of the horses. Most of the horses that they recovered came back severly underweight, and, or injured. Robin even tried to sell one of the horses for slaughter. SWAP is desperately trying to find the missing eight horses.

Robin Hollingsworth has SEVERAL charges pending against her not only from SWAP, but all the people she has ripped off over the years with her lies and fraudulent information.

BEWARE of this woman and her sometimes partner Dianne Randolph of Blacksburg South Carolina. Your horses ARE NOT SAFE! DO NOT BUY OR SELL HORSES FROM EITHER OF THESE WOMEN, YOUR HORSES LIFE MAY BE AT RISK! BOYCOTT ANY AUCTION THAT ALLOWS THESE WOMEN TO PARTICIPATE!

Questionable Horse Retirement Home

#2General Comment

Fri, August 17, 2012

Robin Hollingsworth adopted a horse from me in about April of 2003. Stewart was a sweetheart and was supposed to be retiring to a forever home. He was about 18 at the time and was having a hard time keeping weight on in Georgia having come from Kentucky's lush pastures. Ex race horse, turned high goal polo pony, turned hunter/jumper, he was a cute 15.2h chestnut TB with white stripe/socks.

My Father and I took him to Robin's in Landrum, SC from Savannah, GA and inspected the farm where he was going to live out his days. Everything looked great; pasture, horses, dogs. I talked to her one time after leaving Stewey there and tried to email/ call after that were unsuccessful.

I just want to know his fate. I know he can't still be alive, but I would like to find out if Robin kept up her end of the deal. Upon corresponding with the lady from Second Wind Adoption, I am and have been distraught about him being sold at auction after hearing what Robin has done with adopted horses.

Stewey did not deserve such a fate :(

If anyone has any kind of info, I would appreciate it.

#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sat, July 25, 2009

I, Robin Hollingsworth, am the subject of this "Rip Off" Report. Since this report was published all claims made against me have been dropped completely. It has been discovered that the original complaintant - Celeita Kramer -Second Wind Adopt is running an illegal business. She claimed her organization was 501 C-3 Tax Exempt. It is not. This organization and individual are being criminally investigated by the IRS, and private law enforcement. She took horses as donations, sent the donators "Tax Write Off" letters, which they filed with their income tax. These letters were fraudulent. She attacked me when I took horses back to her, when I found out about her criminal situation. I have been exonerated in court, you will find no record of the cases she claims against me. Please feel free to contact me. I will relay what information I can without violating the confidentiality of the legal proceedings against Celeita Kramer and Second Wind Adopt.
