Rolladen Ripoff Non-performance of contract after a year Hallendale Florida
On July 16, 2005 I contracted with Rolladen in Longwood, Florida for ten storm panels, and installation was estimated to be in 18 to 24 weeks. It is now 363 days later, and 4 of the 10 are partially installed but none are functional. I have not been given any idea when Rolladen will complete the job.
The Longwood office of Rolladen has mismeasured, failed to order essential material for the job, and allowed some of the matterials for my job to be taken for other jobs. They have left the uninstalled materials in my garage, which I gave them permission to do for a week. It now looks like Rolladen may simply leave the uninstalled materials in my garage for months.
I called the Corporate Office of Rolladen to try to discuss this, but was told when I called that no one there would talk to me.
My plan had been to have the storm panels in place for the summer 2006 hurricane season, and instead Rolladen's failure to (timely) perform its contract is leaving me without protection this summer.
