I just learned that an account I had at a debt settlement company owned by Ken Talbert, DR Options, was really being serviced by his much bigger company EFA Processing which is the company that does all the work for hundreds of debt settlement companies. The folks up at EFA Processing (pretending to be DR Options) told me I should take a 49% settlement on my old WaMu credit card and since they are the experts I did. Then today I find out that Ken Talbert owned the debt and he placed it for collections at his sons Collection Company, which is located at his same location. Mr. Talbert then precedes to have EFA tell me I need to take an crazy high settlement on this account when the guy that owns EFA also owns my debt. How messed up is that! My debt settlement company gets me to quit paying my credit cards then goes out and buys me debt for god knows how much then comes back to me and gets me to pay double the settlement I am paying on my other credit cards. W0W! This is the worst time of my life and then people that tell me they are on my side and want to help me are also just scamming me. Whats wrong with people?

I can only imagine the anonymous consumer comment dated, January 27, 2018, is once again Jason Spencer. My father Ken Talbert and I have never been arrested for anything. How exactly would we rot in jail when we have never been there?
My father was recently defamed by who we suspect was once again Jason Spencer. Jason Spencer seems to have some sick unhealthy obsession with me and my father that I just don’t understand. He also already has an established history of defamation, which can be seen in my story of him below. We have had to sue Jason Spencer multiple times over the past about 6 years, one being for defamation.

My father had his Facebook profile picture photo shopped last year that accused him of being arrested for something he never did in a defamation smear. After this defamation occurred, my father went down to the police station and requested a full criminal arrest history of him as proof that he was never arrested.

Additionally, in a real news story, Jason Spencer was recently sued by 2 state AGs, that being Texas and Pennsylvania for scamming people. A link to that news story on Jason Spencer can be seen here.
I hope nobody is unfortunate to have to deal with this scumbag as we have had to.

This report has always been wildly believed to be written by Jason Spencer. This complaint conveniently appeared after Jason Spencer was sued by Dextral Capital, LP and Dextral Capital Management Fund, LP in mid-December of 2011 by my father Ken Talbert. Jason Spencer was also later sued by myself, my father, and our entities for defamation.

First and foremost, this posting contains false, misleading, and defamatory content. Due to the nature of this website, any individual can post any information without regard to its accuracy. More troubling is the fact that they can do so while hiding behind a veil of anonymity or imposter names.
Unfortunately, EFA has reasons to believe that the posting made by "Chenghung Lee" in San Fransisco was not actually authored by a legitimate consumer. After a careful search of EFA's records, I can confirm that EFA has not serviced a customer with this name.
