Samsung cell phone repair ripoff Plano Texas Rancho Dominquez California
Samsung repair office in Plano, TX charged me $130. to repair my cell phone (with camera). It passed their tests before being sent back to me. It worked for 2 weeks before it started acting up and it got worse.
They had me send it in, they shipped it back as unrepairable. Then they said it was fixed when they sent it to me the first time and that this problem is a second problem. Why not guarantee any phone that passes their few minutes of testing with a 10 year warranty since any subsequent problems are different, billable, issues?
I never abused or even dropped the phone after it was "repaired". After much complaining, they asked me to return it a third time. Then they shipped it back with "corrosion" noted. No explanation, no contact.
I just wanted a $130. credit towards a new phone. I have been without a phone for 4 months so they owe me for that, too.
