Sears & Kohler nether back up what they sale Kirksville Missouri
i bought a ZT 7000 zero trun from sears about a year and a hafe ago. sears has put two motors on it the trans are going to haft to be change and they put a p t o clutch on it. so when the warranty runs out on it i,m stuck with a peace of junk. so i tell the lady i don,t buy a $3,500 mower to have it worked on every outher day. they say if we can put new parts on it we won,t replace it. i would have been better off keeping my old mower it would out mowe this ZT 7000 buy far.
the first troulbe i had with it was about 1 month after i had it. it had got a bad viberashion in it. so sears sends out one of there men and he looks under the hood and says it looks good to me and leaves this is in the time fram where i could have took it back. when that time fram was up they start doing all this they have done to it. i tell them i just want a differnt mower they say you haft to have it back befor 60 days. so now that the warrantyis about up i,m stuck with a $3500 peice of junk. so i call kohler and they say all we can do is have me take it to a man that works on there motors and the closet one to me is about 60 miles away. so if i was you i would stay away from sears and kohler.
