smartphibox Holiday Slippers never arrived. They will not answer back. Internet
On 12/29 I paid KGB deals for microwave slippers from smartphibox.com. After about 5 weeks I had not received the slippers. I contacted smartphibox and was told they would arrive in about 2 weeks. They have still not arrived. I have tried many times to contact smartphibox but, beyond the initial response, have never heard from them again. I finally contacted KGB deals and was immediately contacted back. They have also tried to contact smartphibox without success. KGB is in the process of issuing me a refund. KGB has been professional and tried to fix the problem. Do not do business with smartphibox.com. They will take your money and not ship your order.
