Stainsafe the Fraudulent Company That Will Rip You Off Palm Beach Gardens Florida
I have tried since October of 2006 to get some leather furniture repaired that I purchased at Bay Furniture in 2005. I purchased the extended warranty with the advice of the salesman who noted that I had two children. I have since contacted Stainsafe repeated times (within their required time frame) to have my furniture fixed and they come up with excuses like I have too many incidents noted, or that I note when I noticed the damage and they need to know the exact date it happened. This lack of concern and poor service is unacceptable. I now have two broken legs on the furniture and have contacted Flexsteel the manufacturer in hopes to have my issues resolved.
Stainsafe denied the claim even after contacting The Better Business Bureau. I need a watermark and two scratches removed and now I would like to have the cracked leg on the furniture fixed. My suggestion to anyone is to avoid purchasing any service contracts on furniture and to boycott furniture companies that do business with Stainsafe. I know I will never purchase another extended warranty on furniture nor will I purchase any items from any company that does business with them. It was the biggest waste of $350.00 ever.
