This credit card processing company taken out $1,138.17 cents from my account .

i cancelled my account before i started processing because they didnt send me the terminal ..

i called to let them know i would not work with them,i was not under contract .

Few weeks later they removed $1,138.17 cents from my account .

I called to let them know that i cancelled ,didnt receive anything and am not under contract and to give me my money back.

They said they will ope a ticket and it wil take two days 

a week later they said they dont have a reply. few weeks later they went to my account and removed another $87.00 

i called and spoke to the owner 

he said he would take care of it but didnt do anthing.

This company was a nightmare from the beginning. 6 weeks later and i do not have my money 

I now filed a complaint with the BBB and will need to hire an attorney to sue them.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional dishonest company.

This is a false filling. This complaint was filed by the account’s agent who had left our company. The content of  this complaint does not belong to Tal Cohen words. The  content of this filled report was wrote by a bad agent  M.N. – [email protected] who was  an Agent for Stellar Payment Systems and who has moved Tal Cohen’s account to another payment processor to receive additional commissions and credits. He never permitted the agent to file this complaint or to use his name.  

Mr. Tal  Cohen   had  signed a merchant agreement  with Stellar Payment  on   03/16/2016  and   purchased a pos  system  which was  shipped to his  business  location and  refused  by him per the  agent  M.N. instructions.  On   April 8th  Mr. Tal Cohen submitted a  cancellation and a refund  requested for the pos system. The same day He was explained that  not  refund can  apply prior to  the equipment arriving back   to the warehouse and inspected..  Unfortunately he decided to dispute the  fees  with his bank and   caused another delay in process.

On  May 10th the case was cleared and a check was personally  give   to  Mr. Cohen for the full  amount of the pos system  $1,138.17.

Mr. Tal Cohen stated the same  to us and signed a letter with all above mentioned and has confirmed in writing that he didn’t perform any of the above and that all was done by the agent M.N.  without his knowledge.

As further courtesy, Stellar Payment waived:

All  fees related  to the pos setup which includes upload of the  menu and inventory plus all shipping cost, underwriter fee for the merchant  account setup and the bank stop payment incurred.

Stellar Payment System is run with utmost integrity. We believe honesty, diligence and reliability should be the basis of all business.

The agent who introduced me to Stellar payments decided to move me from Stellar to another company which she did without lketting me know that she was causing all this. She posted the complaint using my name and asked me to forward a response from Ripoff Report once I got the email from them which i did not looking at the detail of what was going on. I had a meeting at the office for Stellar Payments and I apologized for this posting- I DID NOT DO IT. I was very upset with  Marlen the person who did this for using me. Stellar refunded me for the equipment i purchased (which was returned without my knowledge by Marlen).  Stellar does not owe me anything.
