Sunrooms America Inc 2016 SRA Home Products srahomeproducts.com Roof has been leaking for years. Came to hous 2016 and said they would fix it. After several calls, still have not contacted me or any effort to fix it. I have spent over $500.00 put sealants all over and it still leaks. Williamstown New Jersey

Several years ago we purchased a three season room from Sunrooms America. I started to notify this company of leaks we where having . Never responded. I even talked to the company at a Philadelphia Home show. No response. This year 2016 I once again contacted them several times before they sent a manger out. He looked at the roof and then left without saying a thing. Called again. This time the same guy came out again and said he would take care of the roof.
Now in between the next vist, the compay SRA sends me a new door handle? I don't need a door handle, I need the roof fixed!!!!! Then in August three guys show up and inspect the roof. They say ok we will power wash the roof and recaulk it. They said they were doing a job in Ocean City and would be back in a week or so. Well I'm still waiting. Meanwhile I have spent over $500.00 trying to fix it. I power washed, recalked, recalked, and put flex seal on it a few times. Also I painted the entire roof with roofing sealant. Checked last night 11/20/16 and guess what. Still leaks. Enough is enough.
