I signed up for a free trial of vitamins, but realized that I would be out of town for the 30 day trial. I immediately called, spoke with a nice woman, and canceled my account but agreed that I would pay the $6.95 for the shipment.

I was told that I didn't need to do anything, that my account was canceled, and all was well. I was charged $39.95 on 11/24, so I attempted to call again. No answer.

I received another shipment. Finally, I reached someone to once again cancel my account, but never received an email confirmation, and was charged $46.90 on 12/26.

I called on 1/9 and spoke with "Robinson" who promised I would be refunded half of the $46.90 by 1/13 with no more shipments. Still, I received no email confirmation or refund.

On 1/15, my account showed a pending balance of $26.90. I immediately called again, this time they spoke with my husband who asked for a manager. No manager was available.

"Robin" gave him an RMA# and told us we would be refunded $19.95 and could return the vitamins (at our cost) and be refunded half. Not worth our time or money.

Again, he promised that the account was canceled and that we should receive an email soon. On 1/22, we did receive a refund of $20.00.

However, today (1/29) there is a pending charge for another $46.90 on my bank account. We called once more, asking for the nonexistent manager, and spoke with "Robin" then "Michael".

We were put on hold for over ten minutes, both times we asked to speak to a manager. Finally, my husband hung up and called again. "Michael" then told us the same thing "Robin" told us last time, and offered no solution or cancelation.

After more than five attempts to cancel, I would like Superfoods to refund my account a total of $113.75. This is the total sum of charges I have incurred due to their negligence, less the $20 refund and $6.95.

This does not begin to cover the cell phone minutes or time wasted on such a worthless company! However, I would just like to be rid of the situation. I now have my bank looking into the problem, because Superfoods is so unresponsive.
