I ordered two sets of necklace and bracelets from this company. In good faith I mailed a check on 12/10/04. My bank honored and processed such on 12/22/04.

I called my bank today. Because I paid by check they do not even have a phone number to call. If I had been able to pay by a debit card or visa they would have a number on record, but no phone number was listed anywhere.

I received a very large envelope on I believe Tuesday, 1/4/05.

When I opened it. Only one necklace and one bracelet were inside, in a small plastic bag.

There was no invoice. No phone number. Just the set in a plastic bag, and an envelope filled with other items to look at for purchasing such things.

le I am disabled with a permant brain injury, but I am not stupid. Atleast I did not think so until now. I am unabto work and cannot afford to be ripped off or scammed by anyone.

I have e-mailed this company and have had no response as of yet.

I just found a phone number though. It is 214-915-7100. It is the same company that sends out those bogus checks to buy things with and hold some kind of sweepstakes.

I will try to see if that phone number will work for me on Monday morning. Although, I feel in my heart that it will get me nowhere. I hope this might help someone else, at the very least they will no they are not alone in these scams.
